- Once payment is successfully collected, we remit the applicable funds to the respective airline to confirm your ticket.
- We are not liable for any delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or the airline's internal billing systems.
4. Customer Steps for Payment
To successfully complete your booking, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Select your preferred flight and review the total price, including all taxes and applicable fees on the checkout page.
- Step 2: Enter your personal details exactly as they appear on your travel documents (passport/ID).
- Step 3: Choose your preferred payment method and enter the required financial details securely.
- Step 4: Review your entire booking and payment summary. Check the box to agree to our Terms & Conditions and Payment Policy.
- Step 5: Click "Confirm and Pay". Do not refresh or close the page while the transaction is processing.
Once the payment is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and e-ticket details.
a. Failed or Declined Payments
- If your payment is declined, please verify your card details, ensure sufficient funds are available, and try again.
- Multiple failed attempts may result in your bank placing a temporary hold on your funds. We are not responsible for such holds.
b. Disputed Charges
- If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge on your statement, please contact our support team immediately before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
