1. Booking Process & Confirmation

When you submit a booking request on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected travel services. Your booking is not confirmed, and no contract exists, until:

• We have processed your payment successfully.
• We have issued a confirmation email containing your booking reference number and e-ticket details.

In the rare event that a fare is no longer available or there is a pricing error after you submit your payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

2. Ticketing & Fare Rules

All flight tickets are subject to the specific fare rules of the airline providing the service:

• Fares are dynamic and subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed and ticketed.
• Ticket prices include base fare, taxes, and applicable airline surcharges. Our service fees are separate and itemized at checkout.
• Some fares (such as Basic Economy) may be strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.

3. Changes and Modifications

If you need to change your booking, please note the following:

• All changes are subject to the airline's fare rules and availability.
• The airline may charge a change penalty or fare difference.
• CheckerFlights.co.uk charges an additional service fee for processing any modifications to existing bookings.

To request a change, please contact our customer support team directly. Changes cannot be guaranteed and are not always possible after ticketing.

4. Airline Terms & Conditions

CheckerFlights.co.uk acts as an intermediary between you and the airlines. As such:

• Your travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carrier (Conditions of Carriage).
• We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or baggage policies enforced by the airline.
• In the event of a flight disruption, the airline is solely responsible for providing rebooking or compensation as per their policies and applicable regulations (e.g., UK EC261).

5. Passenger Information & Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate:

• Name details must exactly match the passenger's passport or government-issued ID. Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines after ticketing.
• You must possess valid passports, visas, and health documents required for your destination and any transit points.
• We strongly advise checking the entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before booking.

We accept no liability if you are denied boarding or entry due to incorrect information or missing travel documents.

6. Check-In

Passengers must check in for their flights according to the airline's specified times:

• Online check-in is typically available 24 to 48 hours prior to departure via the airline's website.
• Airport check-in desks usually close 40-60 minutes before departure for international flights.
• If you fail to check in on time, you may lose your seat and no refund will be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. CheckerFlights.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or the travel services provided by the airlines.
